End of Lease Cleaning
Sparkle and Gleam Cleaners offers comprehensive end-of-lease cleaning services designed to meet the high standards expected by landlords and real estate agents in Brisbane and Gold Coast, Queensland.
Our goal is to ensure your property is immaculate, facilitating a smooth transition and helping you secure the return of your bond.
General and Bedrooms:
- Remove cobwebs, insect marks, and small nests where pest control is not required.
- Clean fans, air conditioners, and filters.
- Clean light fittings (where they can be safely removed and are accessible).
- Spot clean walls, light switches, and power points.
- Clean skirting boards, architraves, and doors.
- Clean drawers and cupboards, including inside, doors, cupboard tops, and shelving.
- Clean windows on both sides (exclusions apply at heights and accessibility).
- Vacuum sliding door tracks and clean tracks.
- Clean standard blinds, cords, and rails (spot clean and dust).
- Vacuum all floors and carpets.
- Mop hard floors.
- Pressure wash the exterior of the house.
Bathroom:
- Clean exhaust fans.
- Clean inside and outside all cupboards and drawers.
- Clean toilet, including behind the ‘S’ bend, around the cistern, and under and around the toilet seat.
- Clean bath and shower recess, removing built-up soap residue on tiles, shower screens, and soap holders.
- Clean sink and polish all tapware and towel rails.
- Clean mirrors and windows, including window tracks and floors.
Laundry:
- Clean inside and outside all cupboards and drawers.
- Clean inside, outside, and behind dryer*; remove lint (if applicable).
- Clean inside, outside, and around the laundry tub, cabinets, shelves, drawers, and tapware.
- Clean behind the washing machine* space; clean equipment and filters (if applicable).
- Clean all walls, windows, window tracks, and floors.
Kitchen:
- Clean inside, outside, and on top of all cupboards, doors, and drawers.
- Clean inside, outside, and around the stovetop, elements, rings, and knobs.
- Clean inside and outside of the oven, griller, doors, trays, racks, glass, and knobs.
- Clean inside, outside, and behind refrigerator*, dishwasher*, and microwave* spaces (if applicable).
- Clean and dry sink, drain holes, drainers, and polish tapware.
- Clean range hood exhaust and filter, if the filter can be removed and cleaned.
- Clean and polish the splashback area.
Garage:
- Sweep floor and remove cobwebs.
Patio:
- Sweep and mop floors; remove cobwebs.
Furnished Property Cleaning
For furnished properties, we offer specialized cleaning that includes:
- Dusting and wiping furniture surfaces
- Cleaning upholstery and lounge chairs
- Refreshing the fridge/freezer
- Polishing tables and chairs
Please note that kitchen cupboards will be cleaned if all items are removed by the client. We do not take responsibility for any damage or breakages of cupboard items.
Additional Services:
We offer a range of additional services, each quoted separately:
- Carpet cleaning
- Blind cleaning (e.g., Venetian blinds)
- Rubbish removal
- Garden maintenance
- Pest control management
- Pool maintenance
- Upholstery cleaning for furnished properties
- Internal air conditioning unit cleaning
- Pressure washing to remove stains on concrete driveways and paths
Notes:
• Cleaning behind or around heavy items over 5kg requires the client to move these items beforehand.
• Standard blinds refer to those that can be dusted or cleaned without a specialist; Venetian and roller blinds are quoted separately.
• Equipment and chemicals are supplied for an additional $10.
Deposit of $100 insures the date and time you request is available.
